The terms listed herein constitute Hindi Karaoke Shop’s Terms and Conditions for its online services. The Hindi Karaoke Shop operates under M/S PRO SOLUTIONS.

By using our services, you agree to accept the terms listed below.
These Terms & Conditions may change periodically in line with the evolution of our services and industry practices. Please consult this page regularly to remain updated.

1. General Information

Hindi Karaoke Shop is a solo venture and has no association with any other karaoke website.
Customers must register with accurate details to purchase products. False or incomplete information may result in termination of service.
Customers registering on the website may or may not consent to subscribe to newsletters, emails, or alerts.

2. Product Quality & Samples

Samples are provided for quality checks on MP3 products only. Customers must review samples before purchase. Requests for replacement based on quality will not be entertained.
Video karaoke samples are not provided individually. However, customers can view a demo on our website or YouTube channel.
Semi-Vocal karaoke tracks include portions of original vocals (male/female). Their volume may sound slightly high or low depending on the source. Customers should check the sample before purchasing.

3. Formats & Delivery

Upon purchase of an MP3 product, only the MP3 karaoke file will be delivered.
Upon purchase of an MP3 + Video product, customers will receive one MP3 file and one WMV file.
Requests for alternative formats (WAV, MP4, etc.) will incur additional charges.
No CDs/DVDs are shipped. All products are delivered as downloadable links via email.
If a customer misplaces a track or cannot download it, Hindi Karaoke Shop can refresh the digital link within 6 months of purchase. Beyond this period, reactivation will be chargeable.

4. Versions & Track Length

Multiple versions of a song may exist, but we may not have all versions available.
Track length is mentioned on each product page. Customers must review length before purchase. No refunds will be issued for mismatched versions.
If the length is not mentioned on a specific track, customers should confirm with support before ordering.

5. Chorus & Alterations

As per industry standards, if the chorus is present in the original song, it will remain in the karaoke track.
If a customer requires a track without chorus, it can be arranged under our Music Alteration Service for an additional fee.
A dedicated “Without Chorus” category is available on our site for direct purchase.

6. Pricing & Offers

Track prices are fixed as per the current conversion rate.
Free tracks will not be provided. Discounts are available for bulk purchases.
Two offers cannot be combined. Only one coupon can be applied per transaction.
Coupon codes must be used within their stated validity period.

7. Refund & Replacement Policy

As products are digital, once delivered and downloaded, they cannot be replaced or refunded due to customer confusion.
Refunds will not be provided for track quality disputes as samples are available for review before purchase.
Requests to upgrade from MP3 to Video Karaoke by paying the difference are valid only if the MP3 was purchased within 1 year of the request.

8. Customization & Regional Tracks

For regional karaoke tracks requiring video with scrolling lyrics, customers must provide lyrics in English script. An additional charge of USD 3 will apply.
Custom alterations to track length, chorus, or instrumentation are available at extra cost.

9. Usage Rights

All tracks are licensed for personal and non-commercial use only. Customers are not authorized to make copies for commercial distribution.
Any misuse, reselling, or unauthorized duplication may result in account termination.

10. Privacy

Hindi Karaoke Shop values customer privacy. Personal information collected will be used only for processing orders.
We will never sell or redistribute your personal information.
