Delivery/Refund Policy

Delivery Method

All our karaoke tracks are delivered online via digital links on registered email IDs. Verification of credentials is a one-time process, explicitly on the first order placed. If a particular order is placed between 7 PM (IST) to 9:30 AM (IST) on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), it might take up to 12 hours for one to receive the download link(s) on their registered mail address. However, if the order is placed on non-working days, it will take approximately 24 to 36 hours for verification of your credentials and delivery of the link.

Please Note: Sundays & National Holidays as per the Indian Calendar are not counted as working days.

Replacement & Refund Policy

• In case a piece of information given about a particular product on the website is not present or inaccurate (version, artist, length, etc.) or lead vocals are present in the track, then, in such case, the karaoke track will be replaced. However, the replacement of the track must be claimed within 15 days from the online delivery.
• In case any track is mistakenly purchased, instead of the one required & the same has been downloaded, in that case, any demand for a refund or replacement will not be honored.
• In case any track has been purchased twice, and corresponding data supporting the claim can be provided, then a replacement track of the same value as per the price of the purchased track will be provided.
• A sample for judging the audio quality of the full-length karaoke is present for each product on the website to judge the quality of the karaoke; hence, any claim for refund or replacement regarding the same will not be honored.
• No cash refund is provided. In case a genuine claim is raised, then a refund worth the same amount in the form of a coupon is provided, which can be redeemed later by the customer as per requirement.
• In the Music Composition service, once the song has been composed (as per the specifications & details provided by you prior to the beginning of the project), any demand for further changes in instrumentation, length of the song, etc. will not be honored.

Coupon Redemption Policy

• While placing the order, if the client does not update the coupon code to avail the ongoing offer, the Company is not liable to provide a refund as per the discount.
• Coupons are valid for a limited time only. HKS reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
• The coupon offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying item.
• The coupon may only be used on https://hindikaraokeshop.com and in conjunction with the purchase of tracks sold by the Hindi Karaoke Shop and not on products sold by third-party sellers.
• The promotion is limited to one coupon per customer.
• Coupons are void if restricted or prohibited by law.

Dispute Resolution Policy

• It is humbly requested for one to communicate with us through our various channels like live chat on site, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, and mail to address any inconvenience before filing a dispute.
• Client and HKS agree to first attempt to negotiate the resolution of any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before either party initiates any arbitration or court proceeding.
• Negotiations will begin upon receipt of written notice by the party raising the Dispute. HKS will send its notice using available information – for example, if available, it will mail a copy to you at your billing address and will e-mail a copy to you at the e-mail address you have provided to us.
